Responsibilities
Assisting Medicare eligible seniors with their healthcare decisions by evaluating the client’s needs and recommending the most suitable plan

Agents will receive inbound and outbound calls from various marketing campaigns

A minimum of 4 hours of talk time with prospects per day and 25 sales per month

Ability to learn how to cross sell other products including Life, Annuity, Indemnity, Dental, Vision, PDP’s, and more

Willingness to learn and implement Exact Medicare CRM

Able to do on-site education and sales events at local locations determined by the Agency

Providing excellent ongoing customer service and support to existing clients

Required Qualifications
Active Health Insurance license or ability to obtain

Ability to contract and become RTS (ready-to-sell) with multiple insurance carriers

Computer with a fast speed internet connection

Prior experience using multiple computer screens simultaneously

Reliable transportation

Able to work within compliance CMS Federal regulations.

Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $71,000.00 - $107,000.00 per year
